1. General Agreement

Welcome to Foil & Flux. These terms outline the rules and regulations for using our physical trading card game store, participating in our play space, and utilizing our purchasing services. By visiting our store or engaging in our tournaments, you agree to comply with these terms. We use simple language here to ensure clarity for all players and collectors.

2. Store Purchases: Singles & Sealed Product

Our primary focus is providing high-quality trading card game items.

• Singles: The condition of individual cards is assessed by our staff prior to sale. All sales of single cards are final due to the volatile nature of trading card markets.
• Sealed Product: Unopened sealed boxes, packs, and structural decks may be returned within 14 days with original receipt, provided the factory seal is completely intact.
• Pricing is subject to change based on daily market shifts.

3. Play Space & Tournaments

The Foil & Flux play area is a community space designed for enjoyable and competitive gaming.

• Entry to organized tournaments requires prior registration and payment of the applicable entry fee.
• Players are expected to follow basic fair play guidelines and respect opponents, staff, and spectators.
• We reserve the right to ask anyone exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct or disrupting the play space to leave without a refund.
• Personal belongings and card collections are the sole responsibility of the owner. Keep your items secure.

4. We Buy Cards Service

We actively purchase trading card game collections and individual premium singles. Appraisals are conducted in-store based on current market value, card condition, and our current inventory needs. Once an offer is accepted and payment is rendered, the transaction is final and ownership of the items transfers immediately to Foil & Flux.
